Over 5 years ago I helped a client to stop smoking. He was a pub landlord who was smoking more than 20 cigarettes a day. He was in his mid 30’s and things had gotten so bad that he couldn’t walk up the stairs of the pub without losing his breath. In 2012 he ran the London Marathon under 3 hours. Now that is job satisfaction to me, to help someone make such positive changes in their life.
