Hypnotherapy is hypnosis used as a therapy. It is the only counselling, talking therapy that enables you to work directly with your unconscious / subconscious mind. This makes it a very effective and efficient therapy which can give you very good results in as little as four to six sessions (other talking therapies may require many more).
