Why do we suffer from a fear of heights?
This is a very common fear. Because most phobias will usually have been caused by some traumatic or painful/unsettling event (i.e., a painful fall as a child) or, something less (i.e., feeling funny when looking down from any sort of height), where, because of other forms of stress around that time, the response to this specific incident creates a mild anxiety or panic attack.
Through hypnosis we bypass the conscious mind to create an alternative state of consciousness in which your fear is focused away from the present situation which in turn will help change your conditioned responses and learnt behaviors.
