“I made an appointment with Adrian to help me with the anxiety I was having worrying about a holiday of a lifetime and the effects of the long plane journey etc. Initially, I was wanting hypnotherapy but Adrian recommended that I learn some mindfulness techniques to complement this. Adrian is very warm and welcoming. I did feel a bit silly about my situation but Adrian insisted I wasn’t and made me feel at ease. I’m feeling a lot better about the forthcoming trip. I need to practice the techniques but it is not an overnight cure, you need to work on it and help yourself. It is definitely food for thought.
