I was looking forward to my 6 sessions with Adrian and each time I went I was feeling better each time I could see changes in my thoughts and how I behaved. I felt the changes. I lacked confidence and was negative but am learning to focus which is helping my private life and work life. I shall be continuing to be mindful in everything I do as I enjoyed giving myself me time and made me realise I deserve it! I recommend Adrian and his work. *
